General

What is check in/check out time?

Check in is at 4 p.m., check out is at 12 noon.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

Our hotel is entirely non-smoking.

How much do you charge for wireless internet access?

Whether you're plugged in or not, IHG® Rewards members get complimentary high-speed access during every stay.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes, the hotel has a 24-hour fitness center and features state of the art cardio machines as well as free weights and Peleton Bikes.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

Yes, we offer In-Room Dining.

  • Sunday-Thursday, 7:00am - 11:00pm
  • Friday-Saturday, 7:00am - 5:00am

Do you have a business center?

Yes, the hotel has a 24-hour business center.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, our two pools are located on our 16th floor rooftop. 

Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

Do you allow pets? Is there a fee?

Yes, we allow domestic pets at our property at no additional charge.   

Do you offer Breast Milk storage for parents? Can I arrange a milk-safe fridge during my stay?

As part of our On-Demand Family Fridge program, guests can have one of our dedicated Mini Me Milk Fridges delivered to their room as a complimentary service, just by asking the front desk. The fridges allow parents to store milk while staying with us, at the temperature required by the CDC.

Transportation/Directions

How do I get to the hotel?

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?

Although complimentary transportation is not available, our concierge can assist with a host of options.

What are your cross streets?

We are located at Biscayne Blvd and Brickell Avenue.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

On-site parking is $28 for day parking (up to 4 hours) and $55 overnight with unlimited in and out privileges. There is a $70 charge for oversized vehicles.

Parking is NOT included in the room rate.

Reservations

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?

Some of our rooms can accommodate cribs or rollaway beds. There is a per night rental fee for all rollaway beds.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

In this situation, you would have to contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.

Are there any additional charges to my room rate?

Yes.

There is a Guest Amenities Fee of $35.00 + tax per night that includes:

20% off dinner food at Area 31

  • $25 Privai credit that can be used toward either a group exercise class or a spa service of 50 minutes or longer
  • Wireless high-speed internet access24 hour access to our state of the art fitness center equipped with Peloton Bikes
  • Sun care and poolside surprise and delight refreshments at the rooftop pool
  • Complimentary use of poolside Kids Cabana
  • Access to PressReader on your smart device featuring over 7,000 newspapers and magazines, complimentary local and 1-800 calls, complimentary printing (up to 10 pages)

All guests are subject to a $150 incidental deposit at time of arrival per night. This is fully refundable upon inspection of your accommodations after departure.

 

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Our cancellation and deposit policy varies by rate. Reservations booked at the Best Flexible Rate have a 72 hour cancellation policy.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Can I check in with my debit card?

We absolutely take debit cards at check-in. Please note, your card will be authorized for your full stay as well as $150 incidental deposit at time of arrival per night. This deposit is fully refundable upon inspection of your accommodations after departure.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, we do have connecting rooms, however, connecting rooms must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes. An early departure fee of up to one night's room and tax may be applied if you check out before your scheduled departure date.

Restaurant

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar?

Please note Area 31's hours have temporarily changed.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

All major credit cards are accepted.

Concierge

May I request packages to be shipped to your property? Are there any fees?

Guests may have packages shipped to our hotel. Please use this address: 270 Biscayne Blvd. Way, Miami, FL 33131. Handling and storage fee is $6.00 per package. 

Packages arriving more than 2 days prior to guest check-in are subject to additional fees. Guests receiving packages heavier than forty (40) pounds should make arrangements with our concierge. If a package label has a name that does not match an in-house/arriving reservation or it is not claimed for fourteen (14) days it will be returned to sender.

I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
