At Kimpton EPIC Hotel, couples can choose from a range of customizable options designed to accommodate different wedding styles and budgets while delivering an elevated culinary experience.

Do you offer custom wedding catering menus?

Yes. Our culinary team works closely with couples to create personalized menus that reflect their tastes, traditions, and wedding vision. We offer seasonal menu options, curated tasting sessions, and accommodations for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary preferences.

Can I bundle catering with a wedding venue package?

Absolutely. Couples can combine catering, event space, accommodations, and other wedding services into a comprehensive wedding package. Bundling your venue and catering allows for a more streamlined planning experience and creates a seamless celebration from ceremony through reception.

How do I secure my wedding date?

Your wedding date and event space are officially reserved upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the estimated total event value. Please note that we are unable to hold or temporarily reserve event spaces without both.

Where can my guests park?

We offer valet parking only. Wedding guests receive a discounted valet rate per standard-sized vehicle. Oversized vehicles are not eligible for the discounted rate.

Can I use my own vendors?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring in your own licensed and insured vendors. We are happy to provide our curated list of recommended vendors.

Is there a bartender fee?

Yes. The bartender fee is $200+ per bartender for up to four hours, with $100+ for each additional hour thereafter. One bartender is required per 75 guests.

When will we have our menu tasting, and is it included?

Your complimentary menu tasting will be scheduled about 60–90 days prior to your wedding. The tasting includes the couple and up to two additional guests (four guests total).

When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due seven (7) business days prior to your wedding date. The balance will be based on your final guaranteed guest count or the contracted Food & Beverage Minimum, whichever is greater. Any additional charges incurred after final payment must also be paid no later than seven (7) business days before the event.
