The Science of Meetings
In partnership with the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science in downtown Miami, conduct a meeting like no another. Your group can enjoy the museum after hours in a private setting for a cocktail reception or dinner with the added bonus of having your venue fee waived when booking the Science of Meetings package at any of our Miami Kimpton hotels.
Suggested Science of Meeting package itinerary:
Day One
- Welcome reception (Mixology competition)
- Upon arriving to the reception each guest will receive a Star/Planet or be provided an element symbol such as H20. Each team will assemble and enter the mixology chemistry competition
Day Two
- Continental breakfast
- AM/PM break
- General session / break outs
- Plated Lunch
Evening:
- Round trip transfers to and from host hotel and Frost Museum of Science
- Private Reception and dinner in Museum
Day Three
- Continental breakfast
- AM/PM break
- General session / break outs
Buffet Lunch:
- Option for full or half day of meetings and or recreation
Evening:
- Reception
- Plated Dinner
- Turn Down Science museum gift (1) per room)
Day Four
- All depart
